A Nature Portfolio Journal Cites the AlloDx Team's Early dd-cfDNA Research

Recently, the AlloDx team's early paper on the detection technology of kidney transplant donor-derived cell-free DNA (ddcfDNA) was cited once by a Nature sub-journal published in May.

AlloDx is currently the only ddcfDNA detection platform from kidney transplant donors recognized by the international medical community in China. Based on the second-generation gene sequencing platform, it uses self-developed ID-Tag seq technology to reduce the background error of second-generation gene sequencing by 1,000 times by enriching cfDNA and reducing background noise interference. It achieves high-precision detection of low-frequency mutations of one thousandth of a percent under ultra-high sequencing depth. It captures and detects ddcfDNA of patients and combines it with the bioinformatics quantitative model HQ-NIT to evaluate the severity of the patient's rejection reaction.
