Recently, the National Science and Technology Innovation 2030 - "Research on the Prevention and Treatment of Cancer, Cardio-Cerebrovascular, Respiratory and Metabolic Diseases" major project (hereinafter referred to as the "Science and Technology Innovation 2030 Major Project") - "Ultra-high-precision nucleic acid sequencing in lung transplant rejection monitoring", which was commissioned by the National Health Commission, led by Zhejiang University, and Wuxi People's Hospital, AlloDx and others, was applied as a joint unit.
Recently, the National Science and Technology Innovation 2030 - "Research on the Prevention and Treatment of Cancer, Cardiovascular, Cardiovascular, Respiratory and Metabolic Diseases" major project (hereinafter referred to as the "Science and Technology Innovation 2030") was commissioned by the National Health Commission and led by Zhejiang University, with Wuxi People's Hospital, AlloDx and others as joint units. "Large Project") - "Research on Application Strategies of Ultra-High-Precision Nucleic Acid Sequencing in Lung Transplant Rejection Monitoring" was officially launched. As the only testing service participating unit in this project, AlloDx will undertake the work related to the detection and data analysis of donor-derived cfDNA (dd-cfDNA) under the project.
AlloDx's approval for a major R&D project this time is the recognition by experts of AlloDx's strength and experience in the application field of dd-cfDNA detection for organ transplantation. As the first company in the domestic organ transplant field to successfully develop dd-cfDNA detection technology, AlloDx currently has the highest dd-cfDNA detection throughput and the fastest detection cycle in this field, and is also the company with the largest accumulation of sample databases. Based on the dd-cfDNA detection technology platform for lung transplantation, the company has completed lung-specific nucleosome SNP/Indel screening, high-order capture probe library design, sequencing depth uniformity, stability and test background noise reduction experiments. AlloDx is based on the next-generation gene sequencing (NGS) high-throughput gene sequencing technology platform, and has completed the detection of more than 10,000 dd-cfDNA samples through a number of independently developed underlying core technologies.

AlloDx (AlloDx) was founded in 2018. It focuses on the research and development of new generation molecular diagnostic technologies and clinical transformation in the field of transplantation. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise of the Ministry of Science and Technology. It has received honors such as Shanghai's 2021 Science and Technology Small and Medium Enterprises Innovation Fund Support and the Ministry of Science and Technology's Science and Technology Innovation 2030-"Research on the Prevention and Treatment of Cancer, Cardiovascular, Respiratory and Metabolic Diseases" major projects.
AlloDx is the first domestic company with ddcfDNA application technology in organ transplantation. Based on its omics detection platform, bioinformatics analysis platform and data deep learning platform, the company has successfully developed products and services such as genetic testing for hereditary kidney disease, non-invasive rejection testing after transplantation, polyomavirus-related kidney disease identification testing, pathogenic microbial infection screening and transplantation-related antibody testing. The company has established laboratories in Shanghai, Suzhou and Wuxi to engage in research and development, scientific research samples and clinical sample testing, and has medical laboratory qualifications. The laboratory has a total area of nearly 2,000 square meters, including an immunology laboratory, a P2 laboratory, and a standard PCR laboratory. It also has second-generation high-throughput sequencers, Luminex, microplate readers, Q-PCR and other testing equipment. At present, it has reached ddcfDNA technical cooperation with 50+ domestic transplant centers, and has completed the testing of 15,000+ ddcfDNA samples in total. It is the largest "ddcfDNA gene database for organ transplantation in China".
