AlloDx SuperNAT Draws International Interest at WCN 2026

This four-day conference, with scientific and technological innovation and global collaboration as its core, attracted more than 6,000 experts and scholars in the field of nephrology from 140 countries and regions around the world.
At this conference, AlloDx brought its self-developed Super Nephrin Antibody Trap (SuperNAT) technology to the conference exhibitor venue (Booth 21), attracting scholars from around the world.
Nephrin antibodies are regarded as potential biomarkers for podocyte-related kidney diseases such as minimal change disease (MCD) and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). However, due to the extremely small content of this antibody and its vulnerability to interference, there is currently a lack of stable and universal detection methods worldwide. AlloDx SuperNAT technology increases the positive detection rate of Nephrin antibodies by 48.6% (compared to the traditional ELISA method) through the innovation of the dual strategy of "magnetic bead antigen capture" and "background subtraction".
Experts from various countries had lively exchanges at the booth, with topics ranging from "technical difficulties in detecting podocyte nephropathy biomarkers" to "technical details of magnetic bead capture to avoid interference with high-abundance proteins"; from "localized application of kits" to "joint development of technology platforms and cross-population methodological validation". Many international experts discussed the details of technical cooperation on the spot.
