At that time, more than 4,000 experts in the field of transplantation from all over the world will gather in Boston to share and discuss the latest progress in the field of organ transplantation.
Since the AlloDx research results were first unveiled at the ATC conference in 2018, AlloDx has joined hands with many domestic clinical experts in the field of organ transplantation to produce multiple research results. The 3 latest research results submitted to the conference were all accepted, among whichOne research result will be shared during the conference in the form of Oral presentation, and two results will be presented in Poster form.. Since the company was founded in 2016, AlloDx has continued to delve into the field of liquid biopsy for organ transplantation, and has now completed testing thousands of samples. By participating in top international industry conferences and sharing the team's latest research results in the field of transplantation, the company's academic influence in the field of organ transplantation has been enhanced.
The Oral presentation will be presented in Ballroom B on the afternoon of June 4th, and the two posters will be presented in Hall C&D on June 1st and 3rd respectively. The following is a brief description of our research results. Expert colleagues at home and abroad are very welcome to come to the conference site for detailed exchanges and discussions.
Oral presentation 1
Donor-Derived Cell-Free DNA in Urine Identifies BKVN with Graft Injury in BK Viruria Kideny Transplant Recipients
The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, in collaboration with AlloDx, reported for the first time in the world that the multidimensional characteristics of donor-derived cfDNA in urine can be used to significantly distinguish polyomavirus nephropathy and simple BK virus infection in kidney transplant patients. It is one of the oral reports on the results of 7 polyomavirus nephropathy research projects around the world at this conference.

Poster 1
Donor-derived Cell-free DNA in Donor Specific Antibody Positive Kidney Transplant Recipients
The Kidney Disease Center of the Eastern Theater Command General Hospital collaborated with AlloDx to retrospectively analyze DSA-positive kidney transplant patients and further analyze the changes in donor-derived cfDNA in the blood of these patients. Studies have shown that compared with DSA, donor-derived cfDNA is a more sensitive biomarker for predicting renal injury caused by antibody-mediated rejection.

Periphery Blood ddcfDNA Can Significantly Differentiate Acute Humoral Rejection from Banff's Type I Acute Kidney Transplantation
The Kidney Disease Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine collaborated with AlloDx to use the multidimensional characteristics of donor-derived cfDNA in blood to distinguish acute antibody-mediated rejection and grade I cell-mediated rejection. This is the first time in the world that the role of donor-derived cfDNA in distinguishing different types of rejection has been discovered.
